    Consumer magazine features the results of their annual printing survey, reviewing the best printers in terms of their reliability, brand satisfaction and after sales service. Fuji Xerox scored first for reliability and second for satisfaction. The survey of 9800 members found that 98 percent of Fuji Xerox printers did not need to be repaired or replaced during the previous year.
