This requires us to collect your credit card details until we receive the faulty unit. If the original printer isn't returned within 10 business days. Fuji Xerox will invoice you for the full retail value of the unit at time of shipping. Fuji Xerox retain the right to provide an alternative warranty service option at its sole discretion.
